"We were visiting friends in Melbourne and, knowing what a biriyani lover I am, they insisted on taking us to Biriyani Jinn—they couldn’t stop raving about it. And they were right. We absolutely loved it! Prepared in authentic Calicut style, the flavours were beautifully balanced, and from the very first bite we knew this biriyani had won our hearts. We also indulged in some of our Kerala favourites—beef cutlets and a Calicut special, Unnakai (a sweet made with plantain, coconut, jaggery and cardamom). I’m a big believer in food that has soul, and you can always tell when something is cooked with care, heritage, and heart. If you want to taste of authenticity, this is it!"

"We ordered the goat biryani, chicken 65 and cutlets at Biryani Jinn and everything was excellent. The biryani was flavorful with tender meat, and the chicken 65 was crispy and tasty. The cutlets were also delicious and fresh. The sitting space was very good – clean, comfortable and spacious, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others who love good biryani"

"Visited the Biriyani Jinn for the first time and tried the Beef Biriyani, Arabic Alfaham Chicken Mandi, Unnakkai and Sulaimani. Amazing food and great customer service. It was my very first time experiencing the Mandi and I really enjoyed it. Biriyani tasted exactly like the Kozhikkodan Biriyani (I’m from Kannur). Unnakkai had the very authentic flavour and feeling. Very simple menu with a few items. Will definitely visit again soon."

"I had chicken beef biryani and peri-peri mandi. As a Korean, I thought eating with my hands would feel awkward, but the food was so delicious that I almost ended up eating my fingers too. The restaurant was spotless and well-maintained, and the owner was very kind. I thought I would feel sad since my friends and I will be apart for a while, but instead, I’m happy because now I have a place that will always remind me of them.
